How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

My pictures cover 2 months of using the Bigger Leaner Stronger and cutting meal plan.

The 1st picture is my start date (8 Oct)

The 2nd pic 30 days (8 Nov)

The 3rd & 4th pictures day 62 (10 Dec). I did not take initial or final body fat percentages.

What has happened so far on the program?

Over my 62 days of cutting I lost 12 pounds and 2 inches off my waistline while maintaining the same measurements for my shoulders, chest, and arms that I started with. I was surprised by how much my energy level improved. This is the only time in my life I lost weight and increased muscle definition.

What workout split from the book did you use?

I used the 3-day per week program.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

The only thing that almost kept me from buying the book or starting the program was being skeptical of the claimed results.

What do you like most about the program?

What I like most about the program is its simplicity and that it uses a safe science-based approach instead of HIT max out every time garbage.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

This program is the most effective and sustainable program I have ever used over my 27 years in the military.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

The success I achieved in changing my body thus far has, of course, made me feel better about myself. It also has instilled a sense of control during a time that many of us feel we are being told what to do and not to do everywhere we turn in 2020.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

Frankly, I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness with a tried and true program.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Yes, as a career military member I would like to share this program with the military community. A big reason I started this journey was to find a program that others in the military could realistically use to improve their resiliency through taking control of their health and fitness. This is just the first phase of my Bigger Leaner Stronger journey. Me and my 15-year-old son are going to complete The Year One Challenge. We’ll keep you posted Mike.
